Your daily routine: open Dashboard (check reds), then work the Follow-up Queue (complete or reschedule). Total time: 5 minutes. Red = call today. Yellow = system handled. Green = no action.
Your Daily 5 Minutes
Morning Check (2 minutes)
- Open HunterAccount — you land on the Dashboard
- Look at client health: any red clients? Any alerts?
- Glance at revenue snapshot and today's follow-ups
Rule: Red = call or visit today. Yellow = system already nudged them. Green = healthy, no action.
Work the Follow-Up Queue (3 minutes)
- Go to Follow-ups (/followups)
- For each item: contact the client, then mark Complete or Reschedule
- The queue auto-fills from no-responses and health drops — you just work the list
That is it. 5 minutes every morning keeps every client relationship warm without you remembering who needs what.
