Managing Crews
- Go to Crews (/crews)
- Add crew members: name + mobile number
- Each crew member is now reachable with one tap
Sending Job Requests via SMS
- Select a crew member
- Type your message (e.g., "Send before/after photos of the Acme job")
- Hit Send — they get an SMS instantly
Why this matters: No phone tag. No missed messages. Proof-of-work flows back to you through photos without you being on-site.
Note: SMS sending will go live once your dedicated number is provisioned. Until then, you can see the interface and practice the flow.
