How It Works.
- Go to the Rehab section for a property.
- Upload interior and exterior photos (the more the better).
- AI analyzes each photo across 13 categories: roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, windows, exterior, landscaping, structural, specialty.
- Receive: per-category condition rating (1-10), specific findings, and cost estimate range.
Dual Estimate.
REHunter gives you two numbers: an AI estimate from photos AND a formula estimate from property characteristics. Compare both for confidence.
Scope of Work.
The system generates a line-item scope of work you can hand to contractors for bidding.
