Reading Results — Summaries, Scores, and Hot Leads

How to read call summaries, understand lead scores, identify hot leads, and know exactly who to call back first.

Reading Your Results.

The Call Dashboard.

After launching a campaign, your dashboard shows real-time results as calls complete. Each call shows:

  • Status: Completed, No Answer, Voicemail, Disconnected.
  • Disposition: Interested, Maybe, Not Interested, Callback Requested.
  • Lead Score (1-10): AI-assigned score based on conversation signals.
  • Summary: 2-4 sentence summary of what was said.
  • Duration: How long the conversation lasted (longer = more engaged).

Understanding Lead Scores.

The AI scores each completed call based on what the owner said during the conversation:

  • 8-10 (Hot): Owner expressed clear interest in selling. Mentioned a timeline. Asked about price. CALL THEM BACK WITHIN 1 HOUR.
  • 5-7 (Warm): Owner did not say no. Asked questions. Seemed open but not urgent. Follow up within 24-48 hours.
  • 3-4 (Cool): Owner was polite but noncommittal. "Maybe in the future." Add to nurture list — call again in 60-90 days.
  • 1-2 (Cold): Owner said no clearly. Do not call again (or wait 6+ months).

Call Summaries.

Every completed call gets an AI-generated summary. Example:

"Owner John Smith answered. Confirmed he owns 1423 N Fulton Ave. Said he has thought about selling but has not listed it. Mentioned the property needs work and he does not want to invest more money. Asked what we could offer. Requested a callback Tuesday afternoon. Lead score: 9."

You read this in 10 seconds and know exactly what to say when you call John back.

Hot Lead Notifications.

Configure instant alerts for leads scoring 8+. When the AI completes a call with a highly motivated seller, you get a push notification or text message immediately. Call them back while they are still thinking about selling — timing is everything.

Daily Review Routine.

  1. Open Call Center dashboard each morning.
  2. Filter by: Score 8+ (hot leads from yesterday). Call them first.
  3. Then filter: Score 5-7 (warm leads). Schedule follow-ups.
  4. Review campaign stats: total calls, answer rate, interest rate.
  5. Adjust: if answer rate is below 30%, try different calling hours. If interest rate is below 5%, improve your list quality.
