Satellite Roof Assessment Technology
Satellite assessment scores roofs 1-10 without physical inspection. Annotated reports qualify leads before site visits.
REHunter Roofing uses satellite and aerial imagery to assess roof condition without physical inspection. The AI analyzes visible indicators: missing shingles, ponding areas, discoloration patterns, flashing damage, and structural sag.
The assessment produces a condition score (1-10) and remaining life estimate. Score 1-3 means critical replacement within 12 months. Score 4-6 means fair with repairs needed. Score 7-10 means good condition.
Image resolution matters. The system requires minimum 30cm/pixel resolution to detect individual shingle damage. Most commercial satellite providers deliver 15-50cm resolution.
Assessment reports include annotated images highlighting problem areas, estimated square footage of damage, and recommended next steps. These reports qualify leads before the first truck rolls.
