Skip Tracing & Contact Enrichment

Skip tracing finds current contact information for property owners. REHunter Leads integrates skip trace data to enrich lead records with phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses. The enrichment process runs automatically on new imports. When a CSV is uploaded, the system cross-references owner names and property addresses against public records and data aggregators to append contact details. Multi-channel contact data is critical. A lead with only a mailing address gets direct mail. A lead with a verified cell gets SMS and ringless voicemail. A lead with email gets drip sequences. More channels = higher contact rate. Data freshness matters. Phone numbers go stale within 6-12 months. REHunter Leads flags contacts older than 90 days for re-enrichment and tracks bounce/disconnect rates to maintain list hygiene.
